About Blooming Bakes by Cornel

Blooming Bakes by Cornel is a bakery and cupcake shop based in Crowborough, East Sussex, UK, specialising in cupcake bouquets and flower cakes.

Cornel was born and raised in South Africa, where she started baking at an early age with her mum.  She won her very first baking competition as a young child, making a giant teddy bear from cookie dough, and from there her love for baking just grew.  

In 2006 she moved to London, and started a new life in the UK.  Blooming Bakes by Cornel was born after her cupcake bouquets gained popularity in the local community.
