Mille Feuille

A delicious Mille Feuille with two layers of vanilla bean custard between thin layers of crispy puff pastry, topped with icing and chocolate sauce.  An increasingly popular choice as a birthday cake with a difference!

Roughly 9 x 22cm and produces 5 - 6 custard slices.
